Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right.

Return Window
Most items can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be in their original, unused condition and in the original packaging with all included hardware, instructions, and accessories.

How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us through our Contact page with the following information:
  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you'd like to return
  • The reason for the return

We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and a return authorization number (RA#). Do not ship items back without an RA# as they may not be accepted.

Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to our error or a defective product, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges
If you received the wrong item or a defective product, we will ship the correct item at no additional charge. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
  • Electrical components and tuners that have been opened or installed
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Custom or special-order items
  • Items showing signs of installation or use

Core Charges
Some products carry a core charge (a refundable deposit for your old part). Core charges are refunded once we receive your original core in acceptable condition. Core returns must be initiated within 30 days of your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage or incorrect item and we will resolve it promptly.
