Right out of the box, you’re getting a 3-inch hot side intercooler pipe and a 3.5-inch cold side pipe. That’s a significant upgrade over the restrictive, two-piece 2.5-inch driver-side pipe and the plastic/rubber construction on the passenger side. The hot side pipe eliminates the OEM resonator and middle boot joint, cleaning up the airflow path and improving durability in the process. The cold side gets a CNC-machined flange and a black anodized billet aluminum adapter with double O-rings for a tight, leak-free seal. Wehrli also replaces the factory clip ring connection at the Y-bridge with a heavy-duty silicone boot and stainless T-bolt clamps, no more blown boots or frustrating boost leaks.
